Additional Nashville Stars of Ernst Tubb, Faron Young, Porter Wagner, wife of Jim Reeves, Kitty Wells & Bill Anderson all performed on the Mooney Hollow Opry stage from 1982 to 1983. In 1982, a huge fiddle was painted on the silo that exists next to the barn. This art work master piece has made this legendary barn a landmark for locals and tourists to take pictures of the huge fiddle on the silo and has put this barn on the map. Owned and operated by Bob and Nan Smith and is currently located in the beautiful and historic Star Brewery Complex. The first vineyard was planted in rural Durango, IA in 1998 and each year after a new vineyard was added. Today Stone Cliff has 10 acres of vines it uses to blend with California and Washington state varietals which gives the flavor of the great wines which you have come to recognize and appreciate. The winery started selling its first bottles in 2001 and four of their six wines have received a variety of awards from the Indiana State and Des Moines regional competition. All 10 of their wines are top sellers in the Dubuqueland area. In 2007 Stone Cliff moved its entire production operation to the historic Dubuque Star Brewery from their home and former production site in Durango, IA and sold over 70,000 bottles of wine. Now, you can find you favorite bottle of Stone Cliff in the tasting room at the Star Brewery Complex and at over 100 retail stores across Eastern Iowa and Western Illinois.

Owned and operated by Bob and Nan Smith and is currently located in the beautiful and historic Star Brewery Complex. The first vineyard was planted in rural Durango, IA in 1998 and each year after a new vineyard was added. Today Stone Cliff has 10 acres of vines it uses to blend with California and Washington state varietals which gives the flavor of the great wines which you have come to recognize and appreciate. The winery started selling its first bottles in 2001 and four of their six wines have received a variety of awards from the Indiana State and Des Moines regional competition. All 10 of their wines are top sellers in the Dubuqueland area. In 2007 Stone Cliff moved its entire production operation to the historic Dubuque Star Brewery from their home and former production site in Durango, IA and sold over 70,000 bottles of wine. Now, you can find you favorite bottle of Stone Cliff in the tasting room at the Star Brewery Complex and at over 100 retail stores across Eastern Iowa and Western Illinois.
